QuickBooks Online is what we know best, and it's what we recommend for most contractor and home service businesses. If you're already using something else — Xero, Wave, or paper and a shoebox — we'll help you migrate at no extra cost during onboarding.
Yes, and you're not alone — clean-up work is common for our new clients. We'll do a free assessment, give you a flat-fee quote for the catch-up work, and then start your monthly service from a clean slate.
At this time, we don't file your business or personal tax returns. What we do is keep your books so clean and organized that your tax preparer's job becomes simple. We're happy to coordinate directly with your CPA at year-end.
From the time you sign on, we'll have your first set of clean monthly books in your hands within 2–4 weeks. Onboarding takes about a week, and we can usually start work immediately after that.
No setup fee if your books are reasonably current and clean. If you need significant catch-up or QuickBooks restructuring, we'll quote that as a one-time flat fee before any work begins — no surprises.
Absolutely. There's no annual contract — service is month-to-month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. We earn your business every month.
